Role Overview
JSA Interactive is seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and launch of new digital marketing clients.
You will serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring each client is successfully set up across websites, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and SEO campaigns. You will coordinate with internal teams including designers, developers, SEO specialists, and media buyers to ensure a smooth and successful launch. Your goal is to ensure every new client starts with a strong foundation for lead generation and long-term marketing success.

Google Ads: Account Setup, Billing Verification & Access Management
Google Local Services Ads Setup & Optimization (Including Background Verification)
Google Analytics: Access Management
Google Tag Manager: Access Management
Google Search Console: Access Management
Facebook: Access Management for Users and Partners / Business Portfolio (Facebook Page, Instagram Account, Ads Account, Data Sources/Pixels)
Onboarding clients for
new website projects
Collecting Approved Ad Copy and Promotional Offers
Search Engine Optimization: Keywords and Locations
Understanding
lead generation and call generation for small businesses
Experience managing digital marketing accounts for
local service businesses
such as plumbers, HVAC companies, roofing contractors, landscapers, electricians, lawyers, or tree service companies
Must be fluent in English

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming Client - Ensure every new client receives a professional, welcoming, and positive first interaction.
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
Gather client assets, information,



and account access
Coordinate the setup and launch of websites, Google Ads, LSAs, and SEO campaigns
Ensure analytics, call tracking, and conversion tracking are properly configured
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the onboarding process
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects launch on time
Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, account management, or client onboarding
Experience working with local service businesses
Experience setting up Google Local Service Ads
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation strategies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Bonus Experience
Marketing for home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, tree services)
Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
Knowledge of the tree care or arborist industry

Salary Range:
MX$ 17,300 to MX$ 20,700 (Mexican Pesos)
