Join our People Operations team and play a vital role in supporting employees throughout their journey with us.
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage HR systems, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and ensure our workforce operations run smoothly every day.
*Location: Mty Hub - Punto Valle.
What will you do?
Maintain and manage employee, position, organizational, and workforce-related data within HR systems from hire to retire of an employee data journey that creates a positive experiences for employees.
* Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records to support compliance and operational efficiency * Address employee inquiries and resolve HR issues with professionalism and timely follow-through * Support the execution and monitoring of HR policies and procedures to enhance workforce effectiveness * Monitor data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
* Support employee lifecycle administration activities across multiple business units.
* Maintain organizational structures, reporting relationships, and position management data.
* Evaluate current workforce administration processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
* Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* HR Technology - developing level; managing HR systems and ensuring data integrity across platforms * Payrolling - developing level; supporting payroll data processes * HR Compliance - developing level; ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies * Data Governance - foundational level; maintaining accurate records in line with data standards * Customer Care - intermediate level; care, compassion, and support when resolving inquires for our people/partners What qualifications will make you successful?
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage diverse HR activities effectively * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support employees with professionalism and empathy * A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving with the ability to escalate when appropriate * Ability to work collaboratively under limited supervision while taking initiative on assigned tasks * Mindset to challenge the status quo and always be looking for new ways of working for improvement.

* 0-3 years of experience in workforce administration, HR operations, workforce management, or HR analytics.
