This role defines guidelines, standardizes processes, and ensures that every hotel consistently upholds the highest standards of quality in Groups & Weddings.

Working closely with property teams and strategic areas, the Corporate Director guarantees consistency, innovation, and excellence, always striving to exceed the expectations of both our clients and the company.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Events, or related field.
- Experience in groups, banquets,



or weddings operations, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or corporate position.
- Proven track record in event coordination across multi-property or regional environments, preferably within luxury or all-inclusive resorts.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, operational planning, budget control, and vendor management.
- Ability to implement standards and processes that ensure consistent event quality.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Results-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for creating unforgettable moments and exceeding guest expectations.
