Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related engineering/quantitative field.

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, FP&A;, or corporate finance (preferably within manufacturing or automotive industries).

Solid knowledge of cost accounting concepts (Cost per Unit, variance analysis, labor/overhead absorption, inventory, and scrap control).

Hands-on experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budget preparation.

Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with cross-functional plant teams.

- Language: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for regional and integral reporting.
