- Sup­port the sus­tainable growth stra­tegy for SEBN MX as Busi­ness part­ner with a demons­tra­ted effec­ti­ve col­la­bo­ra­ti­on and results ori­en­ta­ti­on.
- Lead and coor­di­na­te the HR Depart­ment of SEBN MX at the natio­nal level
- Ensu­re com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and ali­gnment with GM SEBN MX and HQ
- Exe­cu­te the stra­te­gic HR plan and its inter­nal poli­ci­es
- Super­vi­se and gua­ran­tee the cor­rect exe­cu­ti­on of the admi­nis­tra­ti­ve acti­vi­ties of the depart­ment
- Col­la­bo­ra­te with other depart­ments to sol­ve pro­blems, pro­po­sals for impro­ve­ment etc.
- Work towards the achie­ve­ment of the department’s objec­ti­ves
- Pro­mo­te SEBN lea­der­ship, influence and cul­tu­re (Sumitomo Spi­rit, SWS Way, cor­po­ra­te values…)
- Mana­ge the HR bud­get, review and update the sala­ry struc­tu­re and com­pen­sa­ti­on frame­work
- Mana­ge HR indi­ca­tors (KPIs) and pro­po­se action plans for the impro­ve­ment of pro­ces­ses and results, coor­di­na­te HR reports
- Coor­di­na­te and ali­gn the inter­na­tio­nal mobi­li­ty pro­ces­ses with GMO
- Ensu­ring com­pli­ance with cur­rent labor and inter­nal regu­la­ti­ons as well as cor­po­ra­te pro­ce­du­res
- Labor Rela­ti­ons: act as an inter­me­dia­ry bet­ween GM and employees,



nego­tia­te and com­mu­ni­ca­te agree­ments with the Legal Repre­sen­ta­ti­on of Employees (RLPT)
- Mana­ge rela­ti­ons with exter­nal stake­hol­ders and orga­niza­ti­ons, mana­ge and resol­ve labor con­flicts
- Lead talent attrac­tion and reten­ti­on stra­te­gies, inclu­ding suc­ces­si­on plans
- Coor­di­na­te and super­vi­se trai­ning and deve­lo­p­ment plans
- Encou­ra­ge the moti­va­ti­on, com­mit­ment and team cohe­si­on of the HR area
- Gua­ran­tee the atten­ti­on, fol­low-up and accom­p­animent of employees
- Mana­ge inter­nal and exter­nal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on in HR mat­ters
- Moni­tor data pro­tec­tion com­pli­ance within the HR area, coor­di­na­te and mana­ge inter­nal and exter­nal audits

Your Pro­fi­le
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diplo­ma (Labour Rela­ti­ons, Eco­no­mics, LADE, Law, etc.), and Master’s Degree in Human Resour­ces Manage­ment
- Mini­mum 20 years working expe­ri­ence in the HR depart­ment in an indus­tri­al pro­duc­tion plant (auto­mo­ti­ve as a plus)
- Mini­mum 10 years expe­ri­ence as HR Mana­ger
- Strong expe­ri­ence working with cross-func­tion­al inter­na­tio­nal teams in a glo­bal set­ting
- Con­so­li­da­ted know­ledge of Mexi­can labour legis­la­ti­on (man­da­to­ry)
- Flu­ent in Spa­nish,



very good Eng­lish Skills (mini­mum B2) and other lan­guages as a plus
- Stra­te­gic mind­set with the abili­ty to anti­ci­pa­te busi­ness needs and trans­la­te them into effec­ti­ve HR solu­ti­ons
- Solid back­ground in lea­ding and mana­ging chan­ge pro­ces­ses and pro­jects
- Strong lea­der­ship capa­bi­li­ties with the abili­ty to inspi­re, deve­lop and empower teams
- Solid expe­ri­ence with chan­ge pro­ces­ses and a pro­ven abili­ty to dri­ve orga­niza­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment and trans­for­ma­ti­on to the next level
- Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and stake­hol­der manage­ment skills across all orga­niza­tio­nal levels, inclu­ding exe­cu­ti­ve manage­ment
- Strong team ori­en­ta­ti­on com­bi­ned with the abili­ty to dri­ve ali­gnment and cohe­si­on in diver­se envi­ron­ments
- MS Office 365 / SAP (valuable)
- Avai­la­bi­li­ty to tra­vel
