We are partnering with a leading general mobility company to identify a Country Manager – Sales who will lead the commercial strategy and business expansion across Mexico. Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. ✔ Lead dealer and distributor network expansion while strengthening existing partnerships. ✔ Drive retail performance, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and business development initiatives. ✔ Represent the business with key distributors, strategic partners, and headquarters.



8–12 years of experience in automotive sales within an OEM environment. ✔ Proven experience managing dealer/distributor networks in Mexico. ✔ Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning skills. ✔ Advanced English communication skills. ✔ Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
