Customer Operations Representative (Aftermarket)

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

Company: Allison Transmission – Off Highway (AOH) We are looking for a Customer Operations Representative to join our Allison Off Highway (AOH) team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers , managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operations

~ Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments

~ Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English

~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

~ A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Work with integral customers in a dynamic aftermarket and industrial environment Customer Service Lead / Supervisor roles
