About the role
You will be able to lead end-to-end supply chain execution by managing order-to-delivery activities with distributors, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders, and driving strong OTIF performance. The role is also responsible for maintaining product availability, optimizing service levels, supporting supply chain transitions, and contributing to operational excellence and business growth across emerging markets within the Global Expansion Unit (GEU).
Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process with our local distributors across Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile, including order validation, confirmation, supply allocation and execution
- Coordinate with distributors, manufacturing sites, planning, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and achieve OTIF service targets
- Serve as the primary supply chain contact for distributors, providing proactive communication on order status, product availability, and shipment execution
- Monitor supply chain performance,
identify service risks, and drive corrective actions to improve operational reliability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate management of orders, shipping documentation, invoices, and master data across supply chain systems
- Track and analyze key KPIs, including service levels, OTIF, and inventory performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional coordination to align supply plans, inventory targets, and distributor requirements
- Support transition and stabilization activities under the Global Expansion Unit (GEU) model, ensuring compliance with planning SLAs and operational processes. Managing escalations and resolving complex issues
- Building and strengthening process fundamentals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain function
- Working jointly with the GEU leadership team on future TDSA exits, EMO/sourcing changes, and broader business model optimization activities
- Lead and develop a team of 3 people, providing day-to-day guidance, prioritization, performance management, and support to ensure service excellence and continuous professional growth
The experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Technical, Financial,
or Business Administration
- Preferred postgraduate degree/MBA or professional certifications in Supply Chain Management
- Fluency in English & Spanish, written and spoken
- 5+ years of work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, as well as key performance indicators such as PFR, OTIF, BIAS, among others
- Experienced in managing international commercial operations across LATAM markets
- Nice to have: experience working with distributors or managing customer-facing supply relationships; D365 knowledge
- Strong MS Office skils
- Cost and financial analysis expertise
- Strong ability to coordinate processes across multiple functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solving, with the ability to identify and escalate risks
- Solid analytical skills to assess supply, inventory, and service-related issues
- Strong sense of ownership and prioritization ability
Office location: Corporate Miyana - Polanco, CDMX (hybrid model set-up)
