About the role To ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution with distributors, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders, and driving strong OTIF performance. The role is also responsible for maintaining product availability, optimizing service levels, supporting supply chain transitions, and contributing to operational excellence and business growth across emerging markets within the Global Expansion Unit (GEU).
Your responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
- Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and execution.
- Monitor order status, product availability, and shipment performance, proactively communicating updates to distributors and stakeholders.
- Support the achievement of customer service targets and OTIF performance objectives.
- Coordinate resolution of order-related issues, shortages, delays, and service disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements, ordering policies, and operational procedures.
Demand & Sales Planning
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales, market intelligence, and customer inputs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams and distributors to improve forecast accuracy and demand visibility.
- Monitor forecast performance indicators,
including Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, and service-related KPIs.
- Identify demand trends, risks, and opportunities, proposing mitigation or improvement actions.
- Support monthly demand review (IBP) processes.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate shipment execution and logistics activities to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Work closely with manufacturing sites, distribution partners, and logistics providers to manage supply constraints and transportation issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and support actions to optimize working capital while maintaining service levels.
- Assist in managing inventory replenishment and supply allocation activities.
- Support implementation of logistics and supply chain improvement initiatives.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and report key Supply Chain KPIs, including OTIF, Service Level, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, and Order Fulfillment metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis for service failures, forecast deviations, inventory issues, and operational disruptions.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision-making.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure data accuracy across planning, customer service, and ERP systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key operational liaison between distributors, commercial teams, manufacturing sites, logistics providers,
and planning functions.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support supply chain objectives.
- Escalate risks and operational issues appropriately while proposing viable solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the GEU organization.
The experience we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business Administration
- Desirable professional certifications in Supply Chain Management, preferably in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) methodologies and processes.
- Fluency in English & Spanish, written and spoken
- +2 years of work experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations, as well as key performance indicators such as PFR, OTIF, BIAS, among others.
- Nice to have: D365 knowledge.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to coordinate processes across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving, with the ability to identify and escalate risks.
- Analytical skills to assess supply, inventory, and service-related issues.
Office location: Corporativo Miyana - Polanco, CDMX (hybrid model set-up)
