Customer Service Representative (Temporary Seasonal Position)

We are seeking fully bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support our peak season operations. The adecuado candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling customer communications, resolving inquiries, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow established procedures and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).




- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Position Details Location: Zona Rio, Tijuana, BC (On-Site)

Assignment Period: September/October 2026 through January 29, 2027

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assessment Requirements

- Typing Test: Minimum 25 WPM (Test score must be provided as part of the candidate submission process)
- Successful completion of a medical examination
- Successful completion of a drug screening test

Candidates must meet all pre-employment screening requirements prior to their start date. Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $800.00 per day
