As a Data Analyst you will play a critical support role within the Global Distribution G7 team, ensuring smooth operational execution, data accuracy, and proactive coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position supports the Distribution Director and Account Managers by managing administrative tasks, preparing reports, and facilitating communication across departments. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Monterrey, NL offices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, international relations, communication or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing distributor accounts by preparing sales reports, tracking agreed KPIs reporting, and maintaining CRM data.
- Communicate and monitor general issues with G7 team like order entry, pricing, logistic issues, etc.
- Support the distribution programs and campaigns (invoice follow-up, SFDC monitoring/budget, assist with events & sales promotions).
- Compile and analyze sales data to support forecasting and performance reviews with sales regions/distributor.
- Act as a liaison between the Distribution Account Manager and internal teams (SBG, PBUs, Finance,



Logistics).
- Facilitate & consolidate communication with distributors regarding updates, lead times, PCN, etc…

Qualifications and Skills

- Advanced English level.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Power BI and SalesForce.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
