The Data Health

Manager is a critical member of the Digital Engagement & Health team, responsible for ensuring that the content and data powering Salesforce's self-service experiences and AI agents are accurate, effective, and AI-ready. You own the health of an assigned cohort of content or data sources — diagnosing problems, building remediation programs, and continuously raising the bar on what "ready" looks like in an agentic world. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, data quality, and AI readiness.

You will partner closely with content owners, data teams, product teams, and your peers on the Digital Engagement & Health team to ensure that customers can successfully resolve their own issues — and that Salesforce's AI agents can do the same on their behalf. What You'll Own Self-Help Success & Failure KPIs for your assigned cohort — tracking, reporting, and driving improvement over time

Agentic Readiness Score for your cohort — developing and maintaining a scoring methodology and certification standard for AI agent consumption

Remediation programs — when health KPIs are off-target, you build and execute the programs to fix them, coordinating across content owners,



data teams, and product stakeholders

Root cause diagnosis — you go beyond the metric to understand why content or data is underperforming and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Cohort expertise — you become the go-to expert on the performance and quality of your assigned content or data domain Key Responsibilities Monitor Self-Help Success Rate, Self-Help Failure Rate, and Agentic Readiness Score for your cohort on a regular cadence

Partner with content and data ownership teams to identify gaps, inaccuracies, or structural issues impacting performance

Design and lead improvement programs and projects to resolve identified health issues

Develop and maintain an Agentic Readiness certification standard for your cohort, ensuring data sources meet quality thresholds for AI agent use

Collaborate with the Digital Engagement Manager to ensure help content supports feature adoption goals

Contribute findings and insights to the team's shared analytics and leadership reporting
