What You'll Do

- Provision and configure Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, networking, printing, and endpoint-related issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Support workstation deployments, hardware lifecycle activities, inventory management, and device compliance.
- Assist with application packaging, software deployments, and endpoint configuration through Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor endpoint security, operating system updates, and compliance standards to maintain a secure environment.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance desktop operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users,



and continuously improving workplace technology.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Workplace Technology.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Experience supporting endpoint provisioning, troubleshooting, hardware, and software deployments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Conversational English (B2+) required.
