Qualifications

1–3 years of experience designing and developing e-learning content.

Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.

Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning development best practices.

Experience developing software-based training content and blended learning solutions.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content publishing processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and global stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

Knowledge of UX/UI design, graphic design,



typography, color theory, healthcare, or software security is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management, Engineering teams, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders to gather learning requirements and define training objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses and instructor-led training materials using instructional design best practices.

Apply adult learning theories and established learning models to create impactful learning experiences for customers.

Develop standardized training materials, role-based learning scenarios, assessments, and certification content.

Create and update courseware as products evolve, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with business needs.

Participate in LMS administration, content publishing, and learning program maintenance.

Analyze course feedback and learning evaluations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with general teams to support multilingual content and training initiatives.

Drive process improvements that enhance content development efficiency and learning effectiveness.
