As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.

Implementing and supporting Epic applications to facilitate seamless integration and utilization

Providing training and guidance to clients on Epic software functionalities and best practices

Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare technology solutions What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree

Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management
