As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree

Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management

Utilizing analytical reasoning and business analysis for client solutions
