We are looking for a Executive Assistant to the Regional President for our Querétaro facility. In this role you will a trusted partner to the Regional President by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support that enables effective leadership of the Americas region. The role is responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating communications, facilitating the execution of travel, and ensuring seamless collaboration across regional and general stakeholders.

Through exceptional organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving, the Executive Assistant helps maximize leadership effectiveness, supports business performance, and contributes to the successful achievement of regional objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Regional President, Americas, ensuring the effective execution of daily business priorities and strategic initiatives.

- Manages complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, leadership reviews, customer visits,



and business events while balancing competing priorities.

- Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, visas, and expense reporting.

- Prepare, organize, and maintain executive correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents.

- Serve as a key point of contact between the Regional President and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

- Track and monitor action items, commitments, and strategic initiatives to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and requests, proactively identifying urgent matters requiring executive attention.
