The Hosting Helper is growing fast and looking for a seasoned Airbnb Manager to join our growing short-term rental team. This is not a VA or entry-level role — we’re hiring a professional with real experience and expertise in managing short-term rentals. What You’ll Do: Serve as the main point of contact for property owners & enterprise partners
Handle escalated guest issues with confidence and professionalism
Conduct client strategy calls and performance reviews
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate on strategy, quality control, and guest experience improvements
Engage knowledgeably in conversations around revenue performance (you won’t manage pricing, but must understand it) Who You Are: You’ve personally managed short-term rental properties (ideally your own)
You have 2+ years of experience as an Airbnb Manager or equivalent
You are confident on client calls and can discuss detailed topics with ease
You can handle high-pressure guest situations with calm and clarity
You have a solid understanding of revenue management concepts
Your English is flawless — both written and spoken Role Details: Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST
