DESCRIPTION

- Lead of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.​
- Representation of Project Planning department on multidisciplinary forums
- Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes​
- Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.​
- Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs​
- Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools​
- Selection, design and sourcing of equipment​




- Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)​
- Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, related
- At least 5 years of professional experience.​

- Experience at an OEM​
- Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.​

- Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards

- Knowledge in Kanban Systematic​
- CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage

- Experience of project management​

- Willingness to travel​

- Fluent English
- German A2 (is a plus)

- Position for 6 months
