What You'll Do
Own the translation of marketing into pipeline and revenue for Mexico, turning customer insights and sales priorities into local demand. Establish a full-funnel field marketing engine that converts priority accounts from awareness to active pipeline. Improve lead management performance from field programs, resulting in higher conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–4 years in field marketing with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue. Proven success in building marketing-sourced pipeline in partnership with sales teams, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment. Strong marketing operations aptitude, including experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
