Tasks What a day in this role looks like?

- Supervising, monitoring, assuring & controlling the compliance of customs regulations
- Accounting & financial consultation regarding customs
- Cooperate with local accounting firms in identifying potential risks
- Perform the annual Internal Control assessment via internal risk assessment tools and identify gaps or errors in the processes under Finance responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with all local accounting, financial & customs regulations
- Supervise the fulfilment of local business administration tasks (e.g. company registration, and registration of company representatives, e-Signatures, GDPR, surveys and statistics, handling of PoAs)
- Internal processes, guidelines and controls (GAAP-IFRS, Procurement, Compliance, Incentives, ICS)
- Takeover of additional tasks when required

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar
- Solid accounting and financial knowledge
- Solid administrative processes knowledge
- Knowledge on fiscal and custom law
- Fluent knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Knowledge of MS-Office products
- Analytical skills and Detail oriented
- Problem Solving and Productivity driven
- Strategic Thinking and Flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure

- Must possess a work permit in Mexico
