The Finance Manager role at Rosenberger OSI México is a full-time, on-site position based in Apodaca, Actual León, Mexico. This position oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, analysing variances, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.

The role collaborates closely with operations, procurement, and senior leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve profitability. The Finance Manager also leads and develops the finance team, implements process improvements, and maintains strong internal controls.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in financial reporting,



accounting processes, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and finance-related software (SAP preferred); advanced skills in spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environments in Mexico is highly beneficial.

· IMMEX & C-TPAT knowledge.
- Fluency in Spanish; good command of English for communication with global stakeholders is preferred.
