ARMS is a B2B platform automating Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for enterprise clients in Mexico and Spain. We're building the financial operating system for B2B collections, combining SaaS, managed services, and applied AI for financial processes.
Who we're looking for A Financial Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience, strong data analytics skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate and improve financial analysis. We're looking for someone eager to grow fast in a scaling startup, comfortable working with real portfolio data, commissions, and collections metrics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio data, DSO, commissions, and collections performance for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain financial models and calculators (advanced Excel/Sheets)
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to automate analysis, generate reports, and speed up decision-making
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals, profitability analysis, and executive reports
- Work directly with the sales and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to automate internal financial processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, data, or related fields
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling)
- Experience using generative AI tools applied to financial or analytical work
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI/Looker Studio (nice to have)
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Python knowledge for data analysis
- Interest in B2B SaaS or fintech
