Front-End Developer (React) Rate: $30/hour Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join a collaborative Agile team focused on building modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications. This role is idóneo for professionals with strong experience in React , modern JavaScript frameworks, and front-end development best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and related front-end technologies.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.
- Implement and manage application state using modern state management approaches and libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and design concepts into responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment automation efforts.
- Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning,



stand-ups, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.

Required Qualifications
- Professional experience developing front-end applications using React .
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building reusable components and implementing responsive web designs.
- Familiarity with React concepts such as components, hooks, state management, and application lifecycle.
- Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts within web applications.
- Experience working with modern styling solutions, such as CSS, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with modern testing tools, including Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud-based development environments and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience integrating reporting and analytics platforms into web applications.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management and development platforms.
