Seniority Level: Senior Manager Director SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY In this role, you will lead a large-scale, vertically integrated manufacturing operation producing engineered high-voltage components for global markets. This position is ideally suited for a senior manufacturing leader with experience in highly standardized, modularized production environments, such as automotive, Tier-1 suppliers, or other industrial manufacturing sectors with strong Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence systems. You will guide and empower leadership teams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance to deliver outstanding results in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and customer experience.
Your focus will be on translating strategy into execution—balancing short-term operational performance with long-term capability building. By staying closely connected to customers, proactively managing risk, and driving productivity through standardization, flow, continuous improvement, and digitalization, you will ensure the business remains competitive, scalable, and positioned for sustainable success. How You’ll Make An Impact Own full operational and financial responsibility (P&L;) for a vertically integrated HV Components manufacturing business serving domestic and global markets
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing, cross-functional leadership teams to achieve best-in-class results in EHS, quality, delivery reliability, cost, and customer satisfaction
Deploy, strengthen, and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence systems, including standard work, visual management, structured problem solving, and performance management
Drive productivity improvements, cost-reduction,
and footprint optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering
Define and execute mid- and long-term operational strategies aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and financial KPIs
Build a robust talent pipeline and succession plan, developing future leaders within a performance-driven manufacturing culture
Establish and maintain strong risk, resilience, and opportunity management processes across the value chain
Maintain deep customer insight and leverage automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making to enhance competitiveness
Champion an inclusive, compliant, and safety-first culture, ensuring full adherence to EHS, Quality, and Integrated Management System standards What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing environments, ideally including: – Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers – Highly modularized, platform-based, or standardized manufacturing systems – Industrial equipment, electronics, or other complex engineered products Demonstrated success leading high-volume or high-complexity manufacturing operations with strong cost, quality, and delivery performance
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or similar production systems
Experience operating within vertically integrated, end-to-end value chains
Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven P&L; ownership
Ability to operate effectively in an international, multicultural environment; fluency in English required A leadership approach that combines discipline, empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement
Experience in the energy or T&D; sector is advantageous but not required Applicants must be legally authorized / eligible for employment in Mexico.
