ACPS Automotive is a global Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in the design and manufacturing of innovative towing systems and automotive components for leading OEMs worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead our regional procurement organization, develop strategic supplier relationships, and drive purchasing excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Position Summary The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading the local Purchasing organization, ensuring supply continuity, implementing regional sourcing strategies, supporting new business launches, and driving cost optimization initiatives aligned with global business objectives.

This position works closely with Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Global Purchasing to support business growth and operational excellence.

- Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the local Purchasing team.
- Implement regional sourcing and commodity strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, supplier contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and productivity improvements.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of production materials, indirect materials, and services.
- Support APQP activities, engineering changes, and new product launches.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify localization opportunities.
- Manage supplier escalations and supply chain risks.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Purchasing on strategic sourcing projects.

Bachelor's Degree in

- Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain within the automotive industry.
- At least 3 years of experience leading Purchasing teams in a Tier 1 automotive environment.
