Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our automotive manufacturing plant. This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving profitability, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting activities for the plant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial initiatives.
- Monitor plant performance through key financial and operational metrics, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Lead cost control, profitability analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.




- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance and timely resolution of findings
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a high performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Finance within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
