What You'll Do
Lead and manage the Inbound| Outbound team within the warehouse to ensure quality shipping for users. Generate KPIs and reports to monitor activities and optimize operations. Identify process improvement opportunities and make strategic decisions to enhance user experiences. Develop a highly efficient team with safety standards and a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 5 years of experience in similar positions, with expertise in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. Experience in leading large teams and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
