**About the role**:
Oversee daily work activity of the Import/Export Analyst teams, proactively supporting to resolve technical queries and deescalate issues. Provide performance management for Import/Export Analysts of core people-related processes. Train and coach Import/Export Analyst in standard policies, procedures and practices relating to Import and Export requirements.
Ensure service requirements to regional Import/Export Analyst are met within agreed timelines.
Enable connectivity and collaboration with other Import/Export Analyst teams to facilitate best practice and shared learning
**Key responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing relevant Import and Export requests; baseline forecasts, adjusting of the statistical model and the production of informative, visual, and consumable information for the Regional based Import and Export teams
Anticipate, identifies and proactively resolve issues by clarifying requirements, determining solutions to provide proactive resolution to achieve service excellence and adhere to operating procedures
Proactively leads team with a clear focus on building trusted relationships with Regional, locally based Import and Export teams, shared service centres and wider GBS team, offering solutions and drives service excellence consistently




Resource and capacity management of team whilst ensuring strong team performance, operational excellence and delivery of excellent service to Import Export Analysts
Leader of a team setting clear objectives, support individuals development & training requirements
Manage one to one meetings with team members each month actively mentoring, coaching and providing positive and developmental feedback to all team members
Supervision of assigned team and management of daily workload and performance
Develops trusted relationships at a cross enterprise level
Demonstrate high levels of engagement, collaboration and proactive communication with key stakeholders
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders with a strong focus on operational excellence & improvement
Provides professional, timely, reliable and consistent updates and information sharing with internal stakeholders and team members
Navigates internally to ensure timely proactive resolution of issues and queries providing a seamless experience
Proactively communicates and de-escalates related issues and identifies solutions and keeps relevant internal contacts in region informed
**Qualifications and skills**:
Bachelor degree in logistic, international commerce or related
Fluent English, nice to have as additional Portuguese
+5 years of experience in import/export process and regulations LATAM scope
3 years of experience leading teams
Experience in demand planning and/or contact centre management
Strong relationship management and demonstrated influencing skills
Ability to foster a customer service focused working environment
Experience leading teams providing continuous iterative improvements and project solutions
