**_You will be responsible for: _**
Under limited supervisio nand in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
oResponsible for the financial reports related to the weekly, monthly, periodic operation/process of the Value Stream. (Financials related to Standard Cost and outside of Standard Cost).
oPerforms financial analysis related to the operation and business metrics.
oConducts presentations/communications/trainings as required.
oParticipate in Value Stream financial/savings projects.
oProvides support, prepares, and presents financial analyzes of his area of responsibility in a timely and accurate manner and interprets the financial information of the different operations departments of the area, influencing decision making.
oAnalyzes and makes financial projections related to changes in production volume.
oSupports area departments in their analysis / control of expenses, capital, annual and periodic budget reviews (BP, NU, JU, etc.)
oProvides training and guidance on the financial processes of the supply chain and new products to users within its area of responsibility,



ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and processes.
oResponsible for the definition, update, and control of the financial metrics of his area of responsibility.
oExecute changes/corrections/registrations in the configuration of the product codes related to the financial result (BOM, Waybills, Run Labor, Pay Point, etc.)
oInterprets and gives support in the definition of the cost of the product related to direct and indirect costs, factors of Scrap, Yield, MUV, etc.oPrepares analysis of required capital appropriations and monthly monitors approved capital spending.
oProvides support with the documentation of financial status in the different systems of the company according to the applicable platform. For example, and not limited to: Plannisware, JDE, gCRAFT, eMP, eCMMS, etc.
oAnalyzes, evaluates, and proposes cost reduction projects, CIP, Cost Avoidance within its area of responsibility.
oCoordinates and executes special projects as required.
oDevelops, maintains, executes,and supervises the procedures and work processes related to their responsibilities, as well as the personnel under their charge.
oComplies with the policies, procedures,and regulations of the company, whether local, state,and federal, as well as the procedures and policies of Safety and Hygiene, Health and Environment, GMP's, ISO, etc.oFollow J&J; and CSSrecords control policies and procedures such as record retention scheduling, training, education, document retention communications, recorddisposition, vital records, and third parties as applicable.
