- The Sr. Quality Systems Analyst coordinate Quality Programs and Initiatives designated to ensure outstanding business performance.**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure and effective Quality System and the adequate administration and implementation of the IATF16949 Automotive Certification- Ensure the integrity of the Quality Management Systems- Provide QMS Training to individuals as needed to facilitate QMS Deployment and maintenance- Works with the different members of the organization for all levels to make sure the deployment of IATF will be succesfull- Corrective and Preventive Action responsible to facilitate problem solving. Provide Training and guidance as required- Provide QMS platform administrative support as needed (Doc Control, CAPA, Audits, TRB, NCMR etc)- Champion for the Core Tools Validation in the Organization- Implement and validate new QMS initiatives and projects as required- Support improvement project as needed (IATF 16949 deployment, Customer Specific Requirements)- Act as a Core Business Process Coordinator to help to maintain and lead the teams IATF 16949 deployment in Mexicali- Create and maintain the Audit Program and follow up all audit findings- Support and Facilitate Customer Audits as needed**Qualification Required**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Administrative Science or related fields, Internal Auditor ISO 9001 IATF 16949 is preferred. Experience in Core Tools (Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA). Experience in RCA (8D, 5 Why's), English 80% written and Spoken**Preferred Experience**:Quality System Management experience.
