We are looking for our next **Membership Sales Specialist **to join us at Landing! In this role, you’ll work on our New Member Team to follow up with new leads, generate revenue by closing new memberships and reservations, build trusted relationships, and ensure the best experience for prospective members.
**About the Role**:
Our **Membership Sales Specialist** is responsible for the growth of the new members business by prospecting inbound and outbound leads, and closing new memberships and reservations. In this role you will be pitching Landing’s products and value to prospective members, answering questions about our product portfolio, and navigating the lead through the sales and reservation process.

You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing’s business model. The team is singularly focused on building a world-class experience for our members through great technology and consistent customer service.
**What you'll do in a typical week**:




- Respond to inbound new and existing member leads
- Work alongside other operational teams to ensure Landing members have a world-class experience
**Who you are**:
- Hungry, self-driven, accountable professional with the desire to further grow your sales career in a fast paced, bar raising, startup environment.
- Goal oriented individual that consistently exceeds sales quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, terms, and conditions of the Landing Membership
**What you know**:
- 1 years of experience in remote sales or customer service - preferable in B2C industries.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with the following is a plus but not a requirement
- Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, Dialpad or similar VOIP System
- Ability to work in-office (Torre Esmeralda 3, Mexico City)
