JOB DESCRIPTION
- 4+ years of experience with a solid portfolio showing your UX process and design that results in products that people love
- Undergraduate degree in design, marketing or engineering
- Experience with a range of graphical and interactive software tools to visualize workflow, present screen designs, and create interactive prototypes
- Passion for user-centered design with a design bias towards simplicity, elegance, and mínimalist
- Awareness of the power of data and how to leverage automation and AI principles to improve user experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and keep organized in a dynamic environment

**Your area of responsibility and growth**:
- Conduct early discovery research, user experience and usability testing to participate in Design Thinking and Empathy Interviewing with target users
- Interpret research results into effective designs and interaction patterns
- Concept, prototype, validate, fine-tune and present design solutions
- Communicate those solutions to our developers in an agile software development environment
- Create sketches, flows, wireframes and other design artifacts
- Develop and define the UX/UI design tools and framework common across the product suite
- Lead and manage the work for a small team of UX Designers
- Guide and coach other team members to uplift their design thinking capabilities
- Support the business development activities with creative and interactive UX wireframes or prototypes
- Sueldo 25,000 a 30,000+PSL
