**Requirements**:
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Persistence and Resilience in Outbound Calls
- Initiative-driven individual adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and efficient time management
- Sales or Customer Service Experience (preferred)




- Previous familiarity with CRM or Contact Center Phone systems is a plus.*

- Service Reactivation
- Appointment Generation
- Provide regular reports on appointment scheduling metrics and outcomes
- Efficiently manage appointment schedules for sales representatives
- Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
