**Position requriment**:
- Age: 20 years old - 45 years old
- University graduates or above/ Students of the last semester of administrative careers.
- Good oral English, reading and writing skills.
- Knowledge of maritime imports (processes and documentation).
- Experience of Inventory management.
- Knowledge of logistics and distribution.
- Knowledge of billing and customer service.
**Position content**:
**Administrative work**:
- Follow up the paperwork process according to manager's arrangement and requirements.
- Good cooperation and communication with oversea headquarters.
- Data sorting like weekly report, sales figures integration and other documents.
**Customer service**:
- Assist the general manager and sales staff in providing customer services, inventory checking ,product information, contract signing.
- Managing Enterprise Account Receivable and payable with customers.




**Support in logistic and distribution**:
- Responsible for the freight forwarder coordination, import customs clearance, inland transportation.
- Managing the logistics strategy globally from suppliers through to vendor/customer relationship management.
