About Meaningful
Meaningful (M8L) is a growing and remote-first growth and product studio! We partner closely with early-stage and scaling startups, helping companies grow their visibility and revenue through SEO, content, Webflow, Framer, and go-to-market execution—without the overhead of traditional agencies.
About us: www.m8l.com
Our leadership brings serious Silicon Valley and LATAM experience:
- CEO Orlando Osorio: Consulted for 100+ startups including unicorns like CloudKitchens and BetterUp, angel-backed by Michael Seibel (ex-CEO of Y Combinator)
- CTO Alberto Sadde: Led engineering at AI-powered companies serving Fortune 100 clients, Oxford PhD dropout who chose to build in the startup world
- Web & Growth Director Ana Alida Abdala (Ali): Scaled Konfío (Mexican unicorn) from 50 to 1,000+ employees, performance marketing expert with deep martech capabilities
We're intentionally small: a 45-person team of specialists who've worked with companies like Raycast, CloudKitchens, NameCheap, Klar, Platzi, SamCart, Kueski, Cashea, and Endeavor. For every client, 1–2 directors are deeply involved to provide hands-on guidance and support.
We're deeply embedded in the tech ecosystem:
- Official host of Growth Conference → growthconf.com
- Continuous builders: supervisible.com, savedtask.com
- Angel investors & LPs: 0bs, Nascent, 500, Rainforest
- Mentors at Endeavor and 500 Startups
The Mission We're looking for someone who lives in the data and can prove, not guess, what moves conversion. You'll own the experimentation roadmap for our clients: forming sharp hypotheses, designing rigorous tests, and reporting results, including the honest "inconclusive",
with full statistical confidence. This is a skeptical, analytical role, not a design or copy role.
What You'll Own
- Mine analytics and user research to find friction points worth testing
- Write clear hypotheses and prioritize a live test backlog
- Design experiments: define sample size, success metric, and test structure before launch
- Analyze results for statistical significance and turn them into client-ready findings
- Defend or kill a test on the numbers alone, live, in front of a sharp client
- Train the broader team on CRO fundamentals, hypothesis writing, and how to read test data
What You'll Need
- Strong, hands-on background in A/B testing, you've run tests in the past
- Comfort with experiment design and statistics: significance, sample size, multi-variant judgment
- Analytics depth (GA4, segmentation) and research tooling (heatmaps, session recordings)
- Ability to set up tracking/QA so a test actually measures what it claims to measure
- Professional English, you'll present findings directly to clients
Nice to Have
- Background in paid/performance marketing
- CRO certifications or structured training (e.g. CXL)
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer or similar platforms, enough to understand what's testable
What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you've audited at least one client's analytics setup, shipped your first properly-powered test, and can walk a client through a result; win, loss, or inconclusive, leaning heavily on your quantitative and qualitative results. Where We See This Person Coming From
- Paid / performance marketer who lives close to data and understands significance instinctively
- Data or web analyst with strong segmentation and reporting skills, ready to grow into hypothesis-driven work
- Growth or product manager with a data-driven track record and genuine analytical curiosity
