**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or AFIN.
- 5 years experience in human resources roles.
- Ability to develop and implement human resources strategies.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and ability to ensure legal compliance.
**Functions**:
- Plan, organize, develop and coordinate recruitment processes.
- Define the organizational chart together with management and keep it updated.
- Review weekly payroll and authorize.
- Determine and recommend actions to management in the event of a labor conflict.
- Create and plan training programs, behavior modification programs and organizational climate according to needs.
- Verify compliance with the regulations related to IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, LFT.




- Prepare and keep job descriptions updated.
- Maintain an adequate work environment.
- Ensure legal compliance in all areas related to human resources, such as labor policies, health, occupational safety and employee rights.
