**About the position**:
Join us as a Quality Assurance Analyst in Solar Projects to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Operations team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring all Bright’s installations comply with the mexican standards established and internal criteria.
Tareas
**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:
- Installation Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that each installation aligns seamlessly with our high-quality standards, contributing to the company's commitment to sustainable energy.
- Review and approve the start-up documentation for 100% of completed residential and commercial solar installations.
- Continuous Improvement:




- Innovate and implement new tools to enhance solar installations' efficiency and precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, making every project a step towards a greener future.
- Training and Certification:
- Conduct training sessions for installation partners, emphasizing adherence to NOM regulations and internal quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a certification program ensuring that partners are equipped to execute projects in various states, fostering a nationwide network of skilled professionals.
**Requisitos**:
**We’re looking for someone who**:
- Has 1-3 years of experience in Energy Solar Photovoltaic.
- Has experience and knowledge of the NOM-001-SEDE-2012, NEC.
- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.
- Has the following skills:
- Electrical knowledge (intermediate):
- Implementing electrical concepts (Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's circuit laws, etc.)
- Knowledge of electrical elements and their use (transformers, inverters, TMI, fuses, etc.)
- Ability to understand technical texts.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to analyze and understand photovoltaic projects in order to provide a verdict on whether to approve or reject it




- Review work orders and invoices in order to provide a verdict on whether to approve or reject it
- Creativity when solving technical problems.
- Providing low cost and feasible alternatives during technical support situations
- Clear and concise communication.
- Communicate with stakeholders of the projects in the best and most efficient way possible
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables (service level agreement compliance).
- Setting realistic deadlines and complying with them
- Organization and metric-driven.
- Making sure their daily activities are focused on achieving their Objective Key Results (OKR)
- Team player.
- Collaborating within the team and other departments to develop projects and find the best solution to problems that may arise
- Desirable:
- Has electrical installation experience (residential, commercial, and industrial).
