**Training Supervisor**
Coordinate and design training programs for company personnel, through the selection of resources and instructors, achieving measurable progress in personnel development and meeting the specific needs of the company.
**Your Roles and Responsibilities**
- Designs development and training programs for staff.
- Prepares, updates and monitors the company's annual training plan.
- Coordinates the correct preparation of the DNC for each person, in each area.
- Defines actions to improve training.
**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Industrial Engineer, BHR, BBA or related
- English medium/high level.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Leadership skills.
