Job Description

We are seeking a creative, engaged person to support internal process improvements aimed at scaling the Partner Sales team. This position is full-time, but offers to accommodate class schedules and life.

- What you'll be doing
- Support Partner Sales Efforts: Help the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to expand Zendesk’s partner network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with strategic partners; assist in providing ongoing support and addressing partner needs.
- Monitor Partners’ Performance: Monitor and report on partners’ sales performance and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborative Sales Planning: Assist in creating sales plans with partners to meet shared objectives.
- Market Analysis: Support market analysis activities to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential partner opportunities.
- Sales Training and Education: Participate in partner onboarding processes,
training partners about Zendesk’s product suite to facilitate more efficient sales operations.
- Use CRM systems like Salesforce to track and manage partner data and generate insightful reports.
- Cross-Departmental collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (like Marketing, Support, and Product Development) to improve partner programs and sales strategies.
- First point of contact for partners regarding commission payments, marketing funds processing
- What you bring to the role
- Has phenomenal communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Possesses a natural curiosity (no question too small!) and robust personality with high levels of energy and motivation to exceed expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Has a strong interest in sales operations and process optimization
- Has a professional work ethic with a technical aptitude and desire to take ownership of projects, learn from mistakes, and have fun
- Ability to learn quickly in a remote environment
- Self Starter! Ability to take direction and run with it.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field program.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico

In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.**
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
