Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Marketing Associate Analyst.
**What you’ll do**:
**Job summary**
The marketing Analyst manages the day-to-day marketing activities, responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional requirements and activities of the company. Takes steps to measure, enhance and image of the company through various goals and objectives. Develop and coordinate different campaigns focus on sales working closely with sales team. Brand positioning with clients & end users. Planning and exectution of tradeshows and technical seminaries. Coordinate face to face and digital training events, exhibitions and fairs to promote product lines, ensuring correct brand communication. Make and control exhibitors and displays to communicate the brand and products with distributors, ensuring communication policies and product strategies are applied. As well as keeping the inventory of exhibits or displays at the point of sale. Provide support in the daily needs of the sales organization to support the channel, influencers and end users.
**Job responsibilities**
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Planning and execution of tradeshows and technical seminars with clients.
- Implement brand position with distributors and end users across tradeshows, exhibitions and specific technical seminars around Mexico.
- Develop and supervises web tools in order to promote brand and products (web promotion).
- Planning and implementing channel marketing promotion programs and tools in Region.



Customer focus oriented to provide tools and campaigns to promote products on stock and increase sales.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Work closely with product line management team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company.
- Firmly follow Eaton's leadership model as well as adopt leadership attributes (Ethics, Passion, Learning, Responsibility, Efficiency, and transparency). Achieve profitable monthly & annual growth in campaigns.
- Prospecting leads for our different market segments to support the sales team budget.
- Stablish new working plan with clients/distributors in order to avoid commercial issues to maximize customer communication and effectiveness of the business.
- High ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Bachelor's degree.
**Years and area of experience required**
- Previous experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Basic english
