We're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized Healthcare Recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico. This role is adecuado for someone who understands the unique challenges of healthcare hiring and has successfully recruited healthcare professionals such as nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, healthcare support teams, and other clinical or non-clinical healthcare talent.
What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding
Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping
Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competencies
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
Build and maintain robust healthcare talent pipelines
Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and hiring processes with exceptional candidate care
Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations
Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reporting
What We're Looking For
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Direct experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is required
Strong understanding of healthcare talent markets, hiring challenges, and workforce trends in Mexico
Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills
Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
