If this sounds interesting to you... maybe this is your place! :) Your mission is to represent the Kitchen Department by providing personalized, high-quality guest attention across our food outlets. You will serve as the bridge between our culinary team and our guests, gathering feedback, managing reservations, resolving complaints in real-time, and ensuring seamless operational support under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.

✔️ How will your day-to-day look like?

Responsibilities include:





Guest Reception & Seating Protocol:

- Warmly welcome guests, inform them of dress code guidelines when required, and manage table distribution based on restaurant capacity.
- Verify reservations with Public Relations (RRPP) lists and Concierge tickets.
- Escort guests to their tables, pull out chairs following service protocols (ladies first), and hand over menus.

Guest Experience & Operational Feedback:

- Proactively approach guests to collect feedback, comments, and suggestions regarding food and service quality, recording insights in daily reports.
- Identify, handle, and resolve guest complaints immediately on-site to ensure total satisfaction.
- Clean, organize, and sanitize menus and maintain the hostess podium/stand neat and ready for subsequent services.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and gourmet culinary offerings/ingredients.

Administrative & Logistical Support:

- Manage daily documentation including sales reports, courtesy logs, and relevé sheets, submitting them to Management and Auditing.
- Log daily wine and cigar sales, verify room charges, and track daily beverage costs.




- Serve as a liaison with Human Resources for staff attendance lists and employee onboarding/offboarding tracking.

? Who is the ideal candidate for this position? We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with a strong passion for gastronomy, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role within upscale hospitality or fine dining environments.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of gourmet cuisine, ingredients, kitchen procedures, and quality standards such as AAA, Distintivo H, and CRISTAL.
- Customer orientation, active listening, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and results-driven attitude.
