HR SPECIALIST.

DESCRIPTION

- Execution of the recruitment and selection process​

- Post open positions on the company's platforms and communication channels​

- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates​

- Maintenance of recruitment platforms​

- Ensure the hiring process​

- Ensure safety compliance and local regulations ​

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.​

- Supervise the distribution, inventory,



and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).​

- Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance​

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters​

- Execution of EHS processes​

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.​

- +3 years of experience in recruitment​ and HR processes for the Automotive Engineering

- Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and legislation​

- Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS​

- Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025​

- Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5´S
