A restaurant on the rooftop terrace of The Xara Palace, de Mondion is a 17th-century baroque palazzo set into the bastion fortifications of the walled city of Mdina. De Mondion is the epitome of fine cuisine and is a one star Michelin restaurant. The restaurant is further enhanced by exceptional service and breathtaking views of the island.

A gastronomic experience awaits you. The seasonal and locally grown produce is skillfully transformed and masterfully presented. The care and attention to each dish reveals the individual chef’s inspirations. The ingredients are Mediterranean, local, sustainable and fresh, with a nod to traditional French cuisine.
