Your tasks:
- Planning and coordinating production processes, equipment, and facility resources
- Leading manufacturing and industrial engineering projects from concept through implementation
- Managing project timing, budgets, and deliverables
- Designing efficient, ergonomic, and safe manufacturing workstations
- Developing plant layouts and manufacturing concepts using AutoCAD
- Evaluating new equipment, supplier proposals, and technical specifications
- Conducting feasibility studies and support manufacturing readiness activities
- Collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams
- Supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating with international project teams and stakeholders

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production planning, or project management
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred




- Experience leading projects in a high-volume manufacturing environment; assembly manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and manufacturing layout development
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- English proficiency required; German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project support. Travel: <10%
