Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years coordinating telecom, network or infrastructure deployment projects, ideally multi-site rollouts in a managed-services or enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of analog/POTS services, life-safety and critical line types (fire/security alarm, elevator, gas meter, refrigeration) and IP/VoIP transition concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM change and service request workflows (ServiceNow or equivalent);

understanding of change and CAB governance.
- Familiarity with telecom expense or inventory management platforms and reading circuit/line and MRC data.
- Strong spreadsheet tracking and reporting skills; disciplined document repository and collaboration tool usage

(SharePoint, Teams, Outlook or equivalents).




- Meticulous attention to detail and evidence/audit discipline — sign-offs, screenshots and closure artefacts.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- CAPM, PMP, CSM or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Prior exposure to working with field-services vendors or installation partners.
- Basic understanding of LAN switching (port configuration, VLAN/IP subnet reservation) and firewall whitelisting requests.
- Experience supporting analog line replacement, analog-to-digital or life-safety migration program
