**THE ROLE**
- We are looking for a **Site Initiative Leader **who embody the Wella values. This role will be leading the initiative management process from the upstream world to the execution into the manufacturing site. He/she will be single point of contact between external and internal cross-functional partners involved in the execution of commercial initiatives and technical projects.**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain partners to map current state and future-state business processes like with Operations, R&D;, Global Initiative leders, QA, etc.
- Lead Mariscala delivery team and monitor critical path schedule for site actions to adjust/deliver according initiative goals.
- Follow up on creation of master data for new SKU's trough end to end process with different roles involved as IP and MDM in PSC, MPD, PSC, QA, Procurement & Finance.
- Owns Communication Plan: Conduct meetings and deliver presentations to local site initiative execution team. Inform,



troubleshoot and respond to real-time changes on critical path schedule on projects.
- Gather information to complete Feasibility and cost request (FCR) process for new projects or changes.
- Ownership on learning plans on materials availability, planning, cost estimate expense and closure. Teamwork with MPD, Ops, QA & Engineering.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize large data sets; manage and maintain data integrity.
- Work together Initiative planner in PSC in Warsaw Excess and Obsolete inventory.
- Close cycle SKUs for discontinuation based on life cycle management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP,
- Intermediate English level
- Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in supply/ demand planning, data analytics, and/or production management. Proficiency to have good attitude against continuous and uncertain changes.
- Communication skills: Capable to communicate clearly, concisely, and fast with global/local community. Outlook Management: Large amount of mails will be managed within initiatives.
- Collaboration Skills: Aptitude to work collaboratively across different styles and develop strong partnerships. Must be able to work well with people not physically collocated.
