RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure, GCP, AWS
- Handle planning, maintenance, and problem-solving for Azure AD, Office 365 services, which include Exchange Online/On-Premises and SharePoint Online
- Oversee planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service and connected services (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Implement scripting and automation using PowerShell
- Write comprehensive IT-related work instructions
- Resolve incidents and process changes promptly and efficiently
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Substantial experience in public clouds: Azure/Office 365, GCP, AWS
- Solid familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server roles and features, along with other IT infrastructure services (Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 services (especially Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Online)
- Solid understanding of ITIL Essentials and best practices
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure design principles
- Demonstrable experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell)
- Proven skills in technical writing




- Knowledge in Identity and Access Management
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with backup (Data Protection Management)
- Familiarity with private cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager, hypervisors such as Hyper-V, storages, blades, etc)
- Background in working with SQL databases (procedures, triggers, views, etc)
- Experience in monitoring/testing architectures and best practices
- Knowledge of Certificate Authority
