Our client is an HOA and Property Management Association that is proud of the effective management skills that they provide to homeowners. They make sure that the maintenance work done to the properties is easy for the residents and of the best quality.
Your activities as a **Customer Service Representative** are:
- Data entry for entering orders, following up on open order items, etc.
- Maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications.
- Arrange for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday_
- Regular Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 CST MX
- Daylight saving: 07:00 to 16:00 CST MX

**Requirements**:
- Around 2 years of experience in a call center for American customers.
- High school diploma
- Excellent typing skills.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Experience handling demanding customers.
